Great customer service and the crew is good at what they do

I was pleased that Brian, the Service Writer listened patiently to my lengthy description of the problem. They also perform the good task of taking the customer home and retrieving him/her at job's completion. Another small (l hope) problem was seen but they did not advocate adding it to my $$$ spent with them and recommended a specialist very closely for that repair.

I haven't been satisfied with with a fix in I long minute. As I drive my vehicle away at O dark 30 in the morning, I was out of state and had to do everything over phone and had to pick back up late after the trec, I'm noticing the silence of the night streets. No "DING" "KLANK", or "TICKTICK". I abruptly slam on the brakes!!,.... "hmmmm, to smooth....." for once in my life, everything was as It was supposed to be, it was the best night ride home. (((MAGIC)))!!!!☆☆☆

So here’s my story. I suspected a coolant leak . But before my actual appointment with an independent mechanic I got stranded right in front a Chevy dealer (disconnected hose -busted clamp) thinking I was in great hands . They took along time to get to my car . All fixed.? Shortly after , I got stranded again on the way to an airport. They failed to do a final diagnostic .!!!! It was actually a leaking water pump ect. After reading their reviews I had the staff at Auto shop diagnosed and took care of the issue and I decided to have the 100k maintenance plus a couple other repairs. Awesome! Timely.. VERY CONFIDENT IN THEIR WORK!! Reasonable rates! And they replace my wiper blades for free 😉.

Had a possible small oil leak. Chris got me in the day after I called. Got call back same day. Turned out to be something small. Chris explained to problem & solution, even had pictures. It's my go-to place.

Some may say they are more expensive but I say you get what you pay for. Seems like times have changed from quality to whatever is cheapest at the moment. Chris in the front reception area is kind & so patient! I highly recommend The Auto Shop because they stand by their work. My family has been doing business w/ the owners for about 20 years & they really do make you feel like family!
