Best customer service I have ever received, my thanks to Bryan. Being a repeat customer, I was completely impressed with the thoroughness of their service of my prior visit so I returned when my “newsed” car had issues. Bryan sent me photos of the items that needed repair and explained every issue in a common sense, easy to understand manner. While my car was in their shop, both of my parents were hospitalized. Bryan was not only understanding of my situation but supportive. They truly care about their customers and understand the difficulties of being without a vehicle on top of dealing with family challenges. Bryan went above and beyond to both help me and accommodate my needs. Truly exemplary service! Their technicians are educated experts too; they really know what they’re doing! My repair costs were reasonable, (yes, I researched the cost!) and my car is running exceptionally well. I could not be happier or more grateful to Bryan and The Auto Shop. I am a lifelong customer. When I bought my first electric vehicle, I was worried about finding a shop in Jefferson City with the ability to work on my 2024 Tesla. I read about The Auto Shop online so decided to check it out when I needed to replace a punctured tire. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, knowledge and courtesy of the team. They did an excellent job installing a new set of front tires in record time. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to have a new set of front tires on my car by that Friday afternoon. Even better, they were able to handle the complex technical/electrical needs of my Tesla in-house, avoiding the need to bring in an expensive, third party vendor to manage the technical reset, unlike some other tire shops in town who install EV tires. I am elated to find such a stellar auto shop in Jefferson City who can handle the complex needs of my electric vehicle. I recommend the Auto Shop to all without reservation. Thank you to the team at the Auto Shop for taking such great care of me and my car!

Yesterday (12-12-24) was my first time using the services of this establishment and I was very very happy. The staff I met (Chris and Tyler) were extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I was amazed (and appreciative) of the detailed inspection report (with pictures), that I received that informed me of the good, bad, and the in between issues with my car. I strongly recommend The Auto Shop for your car repairs!
