When it came time for my 10-year-old Ford Fusion's oil change, I was looking for more than just the service, but also a trust relationship with a good mechanic. I had one back home and I believed I could find one again. I noted the many 5-star reviews for The Auto Shop and decided to give them a try. Chris' competence and communication were excellent, and he gave me *complete* information so that I didn't have to ask any follow-up questions. Besides the oil change, I requested a tire rotation and a general checkup. I received a reminder text message the day before the appointment which I appreciated. Tyler was fun to chat with as he drove me back home, and within a few hours I had a very complete and easy to understand report that I could view on my phone of the immediate needs, less urgent needs, and other items to keep in mind. I loved that I could approve or decline each service all on my phone through the app so that there was documentation and not just a verbal agreement. With another quick ride from Tyler, I had my car back with excellent documentation for what was done along with the remaining items I had chosen to address later, and their prices were appropriate. Chris and Tyler were very friendly and genuine, and were great representatives of this shop. Great value for me is not just about cost but also about a relationship I can trust. I consider The Auto Shop as "my" mechanics now, and would highly recommend them.
