I was pleased that Brian, the Service Writer listened patiently to my lengthy description of the problem. They also perform the good task of taking the customer home and retrieving him/her at job's completion. Another small (l hope) problem was seen but they did not advocate adding it to my $$$ spent with them and recommended a specialist very closely for that repair.
