They rearranged schedules and techs to help diagnose my issue. Both the Service Advisor, Ross and the Lead Mechanic, Danielle quickly made me feel like family and that I was in good hands. I can’t say enough how wonderful and helpful everyone was at the Auto Shop. People in Jeff City are lucky to have such a business and team of employees ready to help!
