Very professional. They sent me a text message with a link to a site that shows exactly what has failed on my vehicle with a very detailed description as well as a recommended path forward on needed repairs. This was followed up shortly after with a phone call from the tech to discuss costs and timeline. I've used this shop twice now and both times I googled the cost of the repair that I needed and both times the cost was on the low end of the national average in my case. The repair costs were fair and I believe these folks have been honest with me and deserve your business. They will have mine going forward. Highly recommended.

Danny took care of getting my car in and told me what needed to be done. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and I will be back as soon as I need to be. Both our cars have been here, and now it is our only place to go. All the employees I have met there are friendly and very professional.

I had broken off a spark plug in the head of my Volkswagen GTI that I was getting ready to sell. I called The Auto Shop and they were happy to say they could get it extracted out of the head. I was thrilled to hear that they could also give me a ride home, I will use their services in the future.
