Service advisor, Ross, provided excellent customer service & a speedy repair on our F150 when we picked up a nail & needed the tire patched. We are new to town, own a Ford, so initially went to the local Ford dlr. They ask us to leave it & they would try to work it in. 30 hrs later we call Ford & were told they could not get to it. That's when we found The Auto Shop & Ross. Within 3 hrs of leaving the truck with Ross, it was done & they performed a health assessment as well. We will be getting our services done at THE AUTO SHOP & asking for Ross. Thank you for an exceptional experience!

Fixing my hybrid is not easy but after some work my car runs great thank you.

Very professional. They sent me a text message with a link to a site that shows exactly what has failed on my vehicle with a very detailed description as well as a recommended path forward on needed repairs. This was followed up shortly after with a phone call from the tech to discuss costs and timeline. I've used this shop twice now and both times I googled the cost of the repair that I needed and both times the cost was on the low end of the national average in my case. The repair costs were fair and I believe these folks have been honest with me and deserve your business. They will have mine going forward. Highly recommended.
